You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.

LIMITED WARRANTY. AS Computer Software warrants that, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery (as evidenced by a copy of your receipt): (i) when used with a recommended hardware configuration, the Software will perform in substantial conformance with the documentation supplied with the Software; and (ii) the physical media on which the Software is furnished will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.This is when you get Software on CD, not by email.

doesn`t work 100%

it failed to display anything for my first hard disk, which is a
plain vanilla PATA hard disk in a 3 year old computer. It did
work for the second one though.

Does not work without administr. Priveleges.

Simply because the api calls it uses require administrative priveleges.

btw: forget my first review above. I only got spaces because the hard disk number of first hard disk starts with 6 spaces and since the trial version only shows the first 5 characters of the hard disk id, I only saw spaces. D'oh !
